What is the best way to preserve your wedding bouquet?

When it comes to saving your bouquet there are so many options. With fresh flowers, there are a lot of ways to preserve them. You could ship them to a resin artist, you could have them pressed in glass, but there are some issues that could occur with these options. Your fresh cut flowers could get damaged on your wedding day, they could brown in shipping, there is a margin of error and the blooms might not react properly to them chemicals and pressing compounds that these artists use. And on top of all of that you are spending additional $$$ on your already expensive wedding bouquet, making this ultimately a very expensive total transaction.

With silk flowers there are many options for preservation. My personal favorites are displaying them in a properly sized vase in your home. That way you have a constant reminder in your favorite space of your favorite day. You can tuck them away neatly, and seal them in a box so your daughter, sister, etc. can use them as their something borrowed and/or something old some day. Andy lastly, you can also preserve silk and dried flowers in resin, or by pressing them without running the risk of the product spoiling or losing color in the process. win. win.
